Commission Information:

Pricing is negotiable. I will work well with small budgets if most items are crafted.

Step One:  Consultation;   Before beginning, you will need to provide reference materials.  This should include inspirational photos, color swatches and theme related items.

Be prepared to answer the following questions:  

• What is the purpose of the house?

• What rooms/spaces need to be included?

• Are there any items that need to be included? 

• What are your dislikes? This could be theme related, item related or color related. 

• What is your budget? Will you be crafting furniture? 

 

Step Two :  The Start;

1. FC commissions - invite my character to your FC.  Furniture to be used should be placed in the FC chest or housing storage.  Funds must be traded before hand. 

2. Personal House - set my character as a tenant.  Funds must be traded before hand. 

3. Apartment - I will customize a room for you in an apartment to allow you to view it 1st hand. If you like the design, I will help you decorate your apartment the same way via in-game text chat or voice chat over Discord.

Step Three:  Building phase;

During this phase, I will ask for your input at various times to see if you like how the build is progressing.
Please do not:  Move items, add items, rearrange items.  If you do not like something that has been placed please connect with me and let me know.   
If at anytime, a client continuously changes their mind, moves items, rearranges or adds items before the build is complete, I reserve the right to end the project and issue a refund of unspent gil.  There is a 1 Million Gil Time Wasted fee that will be deducted from the refund.

 

Step Four:  Walk Through;

When the build is complete, we will do a walk through.  At this time if there are things that should be changed, it will be noted and done before project is marked completed.
